Find your people and grow in faith.

At Gateway, we believe a victorious life isn’t about pretending you have it all together. It’s about finding Real Joy right in the middle of your Real Life, surrounded by Real People who walk alongside you. Groups are your invitation to find authentic connection, experience true freedom, and discover the vibrant joy you were made for. Whether you’re building your faith in a Bible study or building friendships around a shared interest, there’s a Group for you!

Groups run in 10-week semesters three times a year starting in January, April and September.

Learn More About Groups

What are Gateway Groups?
Gateway Groups are small groups of people who meet regularly to grow in faith and community. Groups are a great way to make a large church feel small and personal, and help people discover who God made them to be.

When do Gateway Groups run?
Gateway groups run in 10-week sessions known as Group Semesters. These semesters are designed to make it easy for you to find a group and get connected with people.

Our groups currently run in three semesters:

  1. Winter Semester (January – April)
  2. Summer Semester (May – July)
  3. Fall Semester (September – December)

In the weeks leading up to each semester launch, groups will be available to browse & join.

How can I join a Gateway Group?

Joining a group is incredibly simple!

  1. Browse our existing groups to find the one that is right for you & your schedule
  2. Click “Join” and register to join your selected group online.
  3. Meet your new group at your first group meeting!

In the weeks leading up to each group semester, there will also be an opportunity to meet different group leaders and browse all available groups on Sundays.

What types of groups do you offer?

We currently offer 6 types of groups:

  1. Bible Studies – these groups are designed to help you dig into your Bible in healthy community.
  2. Care Groups – these groups are designed to help you navigate a hard season of life or grow in some area of your life.
  3. Common Interest Groups – these groups are designed around a fun activity, like board games, sports or knitting.
  4. Learning Groups – these groups are designed to help you grow in your faith by learning more about God, the Bible or life.
  5. Life Groups – these groups are designed to help you build authentic relationships, grow spiritually, and journey through life together in a supportive, faith-filled community.
  6. Outreach Groups – these groups are designed around making a difference in the community outside of Gateway, often through serving at other non-profits
How often do Gateway groups meet, and where?
Most Gateway Groups meet weekly or bi-weekly, but schedules and locations can vary. You can find a group that fits your availability by browsing our directory.
What happens during a group meeting?
Gateway groups all include three simple things:
  1. A set time for connection
  2. An activity (bible study, discussion, learning opportunity, etc)
  3. Prayer

Each group is unique, so the format may vary slightly based on the group’s focus.

Is childcare available during groups?

Unfortunately at this time childcare is not provided for any of our groups. That being said, some groups are designed with children in mind or are open to people of all ages, including kids.

Please note, parents & guardians are responsible for their children at all times during Gateway group meetings.

Can I lead a Gateway Group?

If you feel called to lead, we would love to provide you with training and resources to help you get started! Leading an Gateway Group is a great way to use your gifts and help build a community that transforms lives.
